Now that you’ve understood how planning and preparing works, let’s talk about all the categories in detail to help you better understand your needs.
Health
Everyone has different goals related to health, it could be related to mental, physical health or both.
You could want to build up some muscle or want to try to calm down your anxiety. A new year is just another stepping stone to begin working towards a goal, you can make a goal whenever you want. So,if you feel like dropping that junk food from now? DO IT! Don’t wait for tomorrow. The new year is already here and you don’t have to wait for another day to start going to the gym or learning a new sport.
But before you start making any big decision, you need to understand the basics and in the case of health, the needs of your body.
Since this blog is specially for students, we recommend you to try to incorporate meditation for 5 minutes each day into your timetable. Preferably before going to bed because many students suffer from insomnia and are unable to sleep because of the thousands of thoughts and worries. Meditation is difficult at first but even sitting idle for a few minutes can help you get on track and help you get better quality sleep. While quality of sleep matters, quantity also does.
Research a bit about your needs and requirements to help improve your health.
